  9.      rqsread - reads the information out of an ELF file that is needed to
  10.      determine if the file needs to be requickstarted

  16.      The rrrrqqqqssssrrrreeeeaaaadddd extracts the information needed by the program rrrrqqqqssssaaaallllllll from
  17.      _f_i_l_e_s, so that rrrrqqqqssssaaaallllllll can determine whether the _f_i_l_e_s should be
  18.      requickstarted or if other files that depend on _f_i_l_e_s need to be
  19.      requickstarted.

  21.      If no _f_i_l_e_s are specified and no other list of files has been specified
  22.      using the -_l option, then this command will read a list of files (one per
  23.      line) to process from stdin.

  26.           Causes the output to be written to _o_u_t_f_i_l_e.  _o_u_t_f_i_l_e is truncated if
  27.           it already exists.
